“You okay? Need some help?” a deep smooth drawl startled me and I jerked my head around to see a guy smiling at me from the other side of the gas pump. His dark brown eyes appeared to twinkle with laughter as he stared back at me. I didn’t have much but I did have some experience with guys. Enough to know even when they were gorgeous, like this one, it didn’t make them a good person. Just finished reading Fallen to Far and Never Too Far and completely fell in LOVE (LUST) with Woods. Rush upset me so many times in the second book that I was completely pulling for Woods. Can’t wait to see his story! Dayum, is it Apr. 23rd yet?!?!?
I have a full-time career as a lawyer and marketing director, and I am also a writer. Reading provides me stress relief. I have read well over six-hundred books since June of 2011. Out of all of the authors that I have read, you are the most talented author when it comes to character development. You have a gift at giving life to your characters. Your dialogue and multiple points of view really help the reader relate to the characters. In real life it is easy to judge another person until you have walked a mile in his or her shoes. In your books, it is impossible to judge the characters because we are already walking in the shoes of all the characters (even the ones that we want to dislike such as Nan). Bottom line, thank you for giving life to such amazingly genuine characters.
I agree! She has a talent in making you walk in love with EVERY character. That’s hard to do. Most books I’ve read I have to go back to remind myself the significance of a character I didn’t care for, but you’re different. I never needed a reminder. I love this series! Gosh, you’re the shit girl! =X
